- 1 banana
- 1/2 large Figi apple
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
- handfull of sprouts, homegrown or store bought
Add all items to a blender and pulse a few times to start, then blend until smooth.
Spoon into a bowl and add toppings.

- shredded coconut
- buckwheat groats
- hemp hearts
- sunflower seeds
- dried cranberries
- rolled oats
