2 heaping tbsp white miso
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3-4 tbsp water
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk or stir briskly with a fork until miso is dissolved. Add more water if needed.
Add scallions, whole grain mustard, fresh herbs like dill, parsley and cilantro or any other flavorings you desire!
